Blue Ridge Literacy's Workplace ESL classes intend to help designated employees gain confidence in speaking English during their jobs, increase productivity, and build rapport with their improved ability to communicate and get their point across.  This onsite class includes work-specific dialogues and role-playing, life skills, oral practice, pronunciation help, and suggestions on how to continue the learning process outside of the classroom.  This class is also intended to help the participants improve their effectiveness in speaking to supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
